Mica McNeill

After retiring from a distinguished 12-year career in professional sports, Mica, a two-time Olympian, transitioned into the world of real estate. Since 2022, she has excelled in sales and operations, leveraging her extensive experience in management and organisation.

Mica’s success in real estate is also fuelled by the skills she honed as an elite athlete, such as building strong client relationships, dedication, and teamwork. These qualities, which helped her excel on the world stage, now enable her to deliver at Bohm.

She is currently pursuing a MSc in Real Estate at the University of Manchester, further strengthening her expertise and commitment. Her background, coupled with her dedication to continuous learning and passion for real estate, makes Mica a valuable asset to the team.
