In recent years, the shape of life at home has shifted. Post-Covid, people began looking differently at where they lived—not just for convenience, but for space, air, comfort, flexibility. Life didn’t just untether us from the office—it reshaped how we see our homes. 

Community when you want it and quiet when you need it. A garden to retreat to, a spare room to lift weights or work, more room to breathe. Living rooms turned into yoga studios. Kitchens became classrooms. The role of the home changed. So did the priorities of the people living in them.

Now, location is only part of the picture. It’s this understanding that shapes the way we sell and rent homes.
