In these moments, we have a clear and thorough process in place to address and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

Raising Your Complaint to our Director

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing and address it to our Director. Upon receiving your written complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within three working days. From there, we will conduct a detailed investigation and provide you with a formal written response within 15 working days of receiving your complaint.

Please outline the specific details of your complaint in your letter or email and send it to:

Referral to The Property Ombudsman

We genuinely hope that any concerns can be resolved directly with us. However, if you are still dissatisfied after completing our internal complaints process, you have the option to refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
